1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to goods and services supplied by DTM-GB Ltd, trading as Swamp Rider UK.

We supply specialist amphibious all-terrain vehicles, spare parts, accessories and associated services to private individuals and business customers.
These terms apply alongside the specifications and conditions agreed in each customer’s written quotation and order confirmation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Quotations and Orders
Vehicle sales are handled through direct enquiry and quotation.
Our website, including the Build & Price facility, provides indicative information and pricing. Online configurations do not constitute confirmed quotations or purchase agreements.
Quotations are subject to vehicle availability, manufacturer pricing, exchange rates, shipping costs and applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise specified, quotations remain valid for 14 days from issue.
Once an order has been accepted in writing, the agreed price and specification will apply, subject to any subsequent changes expressly agreed with the customer.
An order becomes binding when DTM-GB Ltd confirms acceptance in writing.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices quoted to private consumers include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and other additional costs will be identified before the contract is concluded.
Business quotations may show prices excluding VAT where clearly stated.
Depending on the vehicle and order requirements, we may request a deposit or full payment when an order is placed.
The payment amount and schedule will be clearly specified in the quotation or order confirmation.
Where a balance remains outstanding, it is normally payable before or upon collection or delivery, as agreed in writing.
All payments are subject to applicable cancellation and refund rights.
4. Vehicle Availability and Delivery
Vehicles may be supplied from existing UK stock or ordered directly from the manufacturer.
Manufacturer orders may involve international shipping, import arrangements, preparation and customer-specific modifications.
Estimated delivery dates will be provided during the quotation process.
Where delays occur, we will communicate relevant changes and agree appropriate arrangements with the customer.
Consumer statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.
Vehicles may be collected or delivered by arrangement. We currently supply customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Any applicable delivery charges, import arrangements and additional costs will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
5. Specifications and Modifications
Vehicles may be supplied in standard configurations or modified to meet agreed customer requirements.
The final specification, optional equipment and any specialist modifications will be documented in the quotation or order confirmation.
Material changes to the agreed specification or price require the customer’s approval.
Modifications may affect vehicle capabilities, loading, performance, warranty coverage or suitability for particular applications.
Any relevant limitations will be communicated where applicable.
6. Manufacturer’s Vehicle Warranty
New Swamp Rider vehicles are supplied with the manufacturer’s commercial warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Vehicle warranty: 12 months or 500 engine hours, whichever occurs first, from delivery to the first retail purchaser.
During the applicable warranty period, the manufacturer may repair or replace defective components in accordance with its warranty conditions.
Warranty work must be carried out by an authorised Swamp Rider dealer or service centre.
This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, statutory consumer rights.
7. Kubota Engine Warranty
Kubota diesel engines are covered separately by the manufacturer’s stated commercial warranty.
Engine warranty: 24 months or 2,000 engine hours, whichever occurs first.
Coverage and claims are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Customers should refer to the supplied engine documentation for any additional requirements.
8. Warranty Registration and Claims
Swamp Rider vehicles must be registered for manufacturer warranty support through the authorised selling dealer.
DTM-GB Ltd will arrange registration for vehicles supplied directly by us.
Registration includes relevant vehicle identification, customer, dealer, regional and sale information.
The manufacturer’s policy states that warranty coverage begins following registration. Customers should contact us if they have any concerns about registration or warranty documentation.
DTM-GB Ltd is the first point of contact for warranty claims relating to vehicles purchased from us.
We will assess the reported issue and coordinate with the manufacturer where appropriate.
Warranty repairs may be carried out at our workshop or through an authorised service arrangement.
A delay or issue with manufacturer registration does not remove statutory consumer rights against DTM-GB Ltd.
9. Warranty Exclusions
The manufacturer’s commercial warranty does not ordinarily cover normal wear, routine servicing or consumable items, including:
- CVT and drive belts, filters, brake pads and discs, tyres, seals, bulbs and fuses.
- Engine, transmission and hydraulic oils, coolant, brake fluid, grease and other routine lubricants.
- Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, rollovers or improper loading.
- Water damage, salt corrosion or operation beyond the vehicle’s design limits.
- Damage caused by incorrect fluids or parts, unauthorised modifications, electrical alterations or improper maintenance.
- Damage caused by continued operation after a fault has become apparent.
The manufacturer’s warranty also excludes transportation to and from the service location.
These exclusions relate to the manufacturer’s commercial warranty and do not automatically exclude statutory remedies where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
10. Owner Responsibilities
Owners and operators are expected to:
- Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance and operating instructions.
- Maintain appropriate servicing and inspection records.
- Report suspected defects promptly.
- Avoid continued operation where a fault could cause additional damage or create a safety risk.
- Ensure that vehicle modifications and repairs are appropriately undertaken.
Warranty claims will be considered under the applicable commercial warranty conditions and relevant law.
11. Warranty Transfer
The manufacturer’s vehicle warranty provides for transfer of the remaining warranty period to a subsequent owner, subject to written notification to Swamp Rider.
Customers should contact DTM-GB Ltd for assistance with the relevant transfer arrangements.
12. Consumer Rights and Faulty Goods
Consumer purchases are protected by applicable consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Where goods do not meet those requirements, consumers may have rights to reject, repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
The manufacturer’s commercial warranty operates separately from these statutory rights.
Customers should contact us directly if they believe a vehicle, part or accessory is faulty.
We will investigate the concern and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
13. Cancellations, Deposits and Refunds
Cancellation rights depend on the customer’s status, the nature of the goods and how the contract was concluded.
Consumers entering qualifying distance or off-premises contracts normally have a statutory cancellation period of 14 days following delivery of goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
Certain goods genuinely made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from this change-of-mind cancellation right.
Selecting standard accessories or ordering a vehicle from a standard manufacturer’s configuration does not automatically remove cancellation rights.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, payments will be refunded in accordance with the law.
Where no statutory cancellation right applies, cancellation arrangements will depend on the accepted contract, reasonable losses incurred and applicable legal requirements.
Deposits and advance payments are not automatically non-refundable.
Business purchases are subject to the agreed commercial terms and applicable law rather than consumer-specific change-of-mind cancellation provisions.
14. Returns of Parts and Accessories
Spare parts and accessories purchased by consumers may be subject to statutory cancellation rights where the purchase qualifies as a distance or off-premises contract.
Customers wishing to return goods should contact us to arrange the appropriate procedure.
Where a statutory change-of-mind cancellation right applies, goods must generally be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory time limits.
Where legally permitted, customers may be responsible for return postage costs and deductions for handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods, provided the relevant requirements have been met.
Faulty goods are handled separately under applicable statutory rights.
15. Vehicle Safety and Intended Use
Swamp Rider vehicles are specialist amphibious all-terrain machines.
Vehicles are currently supplied for off-road use unless expressly confirmed otherwise in the relevant sales documentation.
Amphibious operation is subject to the manufacturer’s operating limits, instructions and safety requirements.
Customers and operators are responsible for familiarising themselves with the vehicle’s operation and ensuring that appropriate training, maintenance and safety procedures are followed.
Operator familiarisation and additional training may be arranged upon request.
Customers should refer to our Vehicle Safety & Responsible Use guidance for further information.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights.
Subject to these protections, DTM-GB Ltd is not responsible for damage caused solely by misuse, unauthorised modifications or operation outside the manufacturer’s specified limits, except to the extent that such damage is attributable to our breach of duty or other legal responsibility.
17. Complaints and Disputes
We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.
Customers should contact us with relevant order details, vehicle identification and a description of the issue.
We will review the circumstances and explain the available next steps.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in other jurisdictions.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The terms applicable to an accepted order are those incorporated into the contract at the time of acceptance, together with any subsequent changes expressly agreed between the parties.
